  • The wall is complete ! Posted on 19 September 2016

The compound wall at The Liverpool Community School, Waterloo is now completely built and the steel gates have also been installed. This is a major step forward for the Community

Solomon, the headteacher says " we are proud to work in an environment that is secured and free from all the odds. Everything is now well protected and this has assured safety and guaranteed facilities in the school compound, especially the children which is our priority. We will always remain grateful to you Mr Alan and all your supporters - may God bless you all. All this is possible because of you kind heart and love for Sierra Leonean children. It would have taken us years to achieve this by ourselves".

The Buy A Block campaign raised £5,675 with money still coming in - MANY thanks to everyone who donated to the appeal.

We are finalising costs for rendering and painting the wall and this will hopefully take place shortly.
